The organisation currently employs 39 staff on a full time and part-time basis and with some casual positions. The structure of the organisation has been designed to maximise resources to those we support, to maximise the quality of support and to provide a career structure for staff members.

The organisation views staff as an important resource to ensure the quality of support and innovative service delivery models and options. We promote ongoing professional development through regular supervision, training (internal and external) and opportunities for promotion.

Vacant positions are advertised externally in the Sydney Morning Herald via job search engines and local papers.  Fringe Benefits are offered to all permanent staff and this enables the organisation to pay higher than award wages.

The Housing Connection has a multi-disciplinary staffing team and we seek to maintain a diversity of skills and experience.

Those with experience in supporting people with a disability or mental issues are encouraged to apply.

We also offer a traineeship and provide in house training in Cert IV disability studies.
