Supported Living Fund

The Supported Living Fund (SLF) is a new type of accommodation support funding for people with a disability aged 18 to 64 years averaging $50,000 per person per annum. It enables people with a disability, along with their family and carers to create living arrangements that suit the person's life and preferences, gives access to paid supports and services, and to plan for their future. The funding is portable, remains with the individual and is administered by a service provider of the person's choice.

The support provided is based on an individuals paln for "living life their way" and accessing as much support from community members as possible.
