Minister pauses plan for mandatory NDIS assessments The new NDIS Minister Linda Reynolds has announced her intention to pause the roll out of Independent Assessments (IAs). Reynolds says that IAs will not be rolled out until second pilot is finished and evaluated, and she has had an opportunity to consult with stakeholders across the country.

Dine & Discover NSW

The NSW Government has launched Dine & Discover NSW to encourage the community to get out and about and support dining, arts and tourism businesses. All NSW residents aged 18 and over can now apply for 4 x $25 vouchers, worth $100 in total. 2 x $25 Dine NSW Vouchers to be used for dining in at restaurants, cafés, bars, wineries, pubs or clubs. 2 x $25 Discover NSW Vouchers to be used for entertainment and recreation, including cultural institutions, live music, and arts venues.

What you need to know – Coronavirus disease (COVID-19)

These precautions are most important for people over 60 and those with chronic disease. People who have returned from anywhere overseas are required to self-isolate for 14 days. During this time, you should monitor your health closely. If you develop symptoms including a fever and cough, you should seek medical attention, remembering to call ahead.
