What is Plan Management?

A Plan Manager supports you to manage funding in your NDIS plan. As your plan manager, we are here to reduce the stress and time it takes to manage your NDIS plan and budget. You can contact us using the form below to get more detailed information about Plan Management.

Plan Management fees is funded by NDIS under the Improved Life Choices category so it is completely free of cost for you. You can contact your Local Area Coordinator (LAC) or National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), if it is not present in your plan.

Invoices are processed within 2-3 days after your approval.


Our Plan Management team speaks English, Japanese, Hindi and Czech.


We will send you a monthly statement that reflects the current position of your NDIS funding via email.


The Housing Connection is a Registered NDIS provider. You will have the freedom to choose us as your NDIS provider to serve your needs.


You will always know what is being paid. The invoices cannot be processed without your review and approval.

We have a team of dedicated Plan Managers who will work with you to manage your NDIS plan. We will pay your invoices, submit claims to the NDIS portal and assist you with any funding-related issues.

Petra Kinska

Plan Manager/ Accountant

Petra has been working in finance for many years and completed her Master of Professional Accounting (MPA) at Kings Own Institute in Sydney. Her first internship was at an accounting company when she was 17. For Petra, her job is not just a regular job, it is her dream job.

She started at THC in 2018 as an intern during her studies. It was not long after the implementation of the NDIS. Over the years, she has gained a lot of experience with the NDIS framework, and became familiar with many clients and their circumstances. She has attended many seminars to understand how to help participants in the most beneficial way. Her biggest passion is to help people make their life easier and reduce the stress of dealing with providers. Petra is empathetic and is always trying to find ways to meet clients’ needs. 

Yusuke is in our NDIS plan management team

Yusuke Miyazaki

Plan Manager/ Finance Assistant

Yusuke joined The Housing Connection (THC) in October 2020. Yusuke completed Bachelor of Economics in Japan and Master of Professional Accounting at Wollongong University. He has worked as a Company Accountant (engaged in general accounting duties including internal auditing, budget allocation, cost control, etc) for over 15 years in Sydney

Now, Yusuke has started a new career as a Finance Assistant at THC and we are delighted to have him join the Plan Management team. He would be glad to support THC clients to better manage their funds and spending.
